BOMAG Introduces 12-Ton Single-Drum Rollers with Enhanced Ergonomics, Tier III Engines

KEWANEE (Ill.) - BOMAG introduces the BW211-40 Series single-drum vibratory rollers – price-competitive machines designed with the rental industry or the cost-conscious contractor in mind. Featuring high output and maneuverability, the series consists of two models: the BW211D-40 smooth drum roller and the BW211PD-40 padfoot roller.

The 12-ton class rollers are powered by a four-cylinder water-cooled Deutz diesel engine that meets EPA tier III requirements. The series is designed for efficient compaction of granular, mixed and semi-cohesive soils, making it ideal for a variety of site preparation applications, including highway construction and maintenance, airports, streets and subdivisions, parking lots and landfills.

BOMAG Introduces Redesigned 66-Inch Single-Drum Rollers
With Improved Service Access, Operator Ergonomics

KEWANEE, Ill. - Better access to service points and improved operator ergonomics top the list of improvements to BOMAG’s redesigned BW177-40 Series single-drum vibratory rollers.

The new roller series includes three models:  the BW177D-40 and BW177DH-40 smooth drum rollers and the BW177PDH-40 padfoot roller.  All three offer a 66-inch working widths and are powered by Tier III compliant Cummins diesel engines.
